Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a community in Castle Rock. You will lead maintenance staff, schedule preventive tasks, and coordinate external trades to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.

Requirements include 4+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor, EPA and CPO certifications, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Compensation ranges with benefits reflect a mature, safety‑minded team culture.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee community to resolve problems.

• Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Ensure quality and operating condition through periodic inspections.
• Monitor budget and track maintenance expenditures.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools; place orders as needed.
• Support capital project implementation and KPI validation.
• Uphold safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations.

Job Description

• Inspect and oversee communityto resolve problems
• Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed- make readies, work orders etc.
• Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans
• Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff
• Hire and oversee outside professionals such as electricians, plumbers etc.
• Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.
• Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment
• Keep in check and regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures
• Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed
• Assist with the implementation of capital projects
• Approving maintenance strategy including monthly reporting and KPI validation
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for (4) year(s) - Required
• EPA and CPO certifications- Required
• Reliable transportation with a Valid Drivers license and insurance- Required
• In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Problem solving aptitude

Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) and on call rotation
