Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor is the on-site lead of the facilities department and oversees all facilities personnel for the property. They manage daily operations, including work orders, preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, and supply management.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising maintenance staff
• Overseeing work order completion and scheduling repairs
• Performing manual repairs and general upkeep
• Assisting with budget preparation and management
• Inspecting fire safety and mechanical systems
• Developing and managing budgets for maintenance activities
• Ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards
• Working on-site and on-call as required

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years in maintenance within real estate, hotel, or multifamily sectors
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of MEP systems and HVAC
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Additional preferred experience includes Entrata, student housing, and HVAC/EPA certification.
