Compensation: $24-$25 per hour

Overview

SoCo Park is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team in maintaining our properties.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff under the guidance of the Property Manager
• Perform inspections of the property and address maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests completed by the maintenance team
• Complete work orders promptly based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license required
• EPA HVAC certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
