MarzettiCompanyis looking to hire team members who will grow with us on our journey towards world class operational excellence.The Maintenance Supervisor directs the maintenance activities on a designated shift in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the desired quality, quantity and timely maintenance of all production machinery/equipment, physical plant, utilities and grounds in accordance with federal, state and local regulations, directs & supervises Maintenance Technicians and ensures compliance with company policies.

- As a member of the T. Marzetti Company,completes his/her Behavior Based Safety Observations (BBSO),correctsissues whenidentified,andparticipatesin problem solving.

- Promotes integrity, respect, accountability, continuousimprovementand positive interactions with all Team Members, customers & vendors.
- Coordinates shift maintenance activities through the supervision of employees to ensure theshift'smaintenanceobjectivesareaccomplishedina timely,cost-effectiveand safe manner.
- Coordinates the preventative maintenance program tomaintainproduction equipment in an efficient, safe operating condition.
- Responsible forauditscontrols and minimizing the overtime labor costs, maintenance/ repaircostsand equipment downtime.
- Oversees corrections and running adjustments of equipment to maximize production capabilities duringshift.
- Coordinates with other department managers to ensure proper coordination of maintenance activities with production and ensure adequate & efficient materials, supplies, & parts inventory control activities and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring scheduling of the maintenance department.
- Coordinates changeovers of equipment or preventative maintenance according to production schedules.
- Ensures required maintenance reporting isaccurateandtimely.
- Maintains close workingrelationshipwith all departments and responds to deviations from standardsimmediately.
- Responsiblefor &maintainspositive employee, corporate and community relations along with appropriateinterfacewith customer service, vendors & contractors.
- Regularattendance isrequiredin accordance withCompany attendance policy and procedures.
- Performs tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Completeinitial/annual training to ensure the individual is properly qualified (QI) to perform all required job tasks as outlined in training programs/records.

Qualifications
- Industrial Maintenance Degree or Mechanical/Technical School Certification preferred; High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
- 3-5 years ofSAP Knowledge and experience preferred.
- Program Logic Controllers, Variable Frequency Drives, 480-volt electrical knowledge preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food-related industry.Demonstrated ability to appropriately work with confidential information and situations and manage correspondence.
- Must be proficient in all MS Office products, particularly Excel.
- Positiveleadershipand problem-solving mentality.
- Capable of communicating and expressing ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to read & interpret written & verbal direction while working in a safe,effective& productivemanner within a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Must be able to successfully obtain industrial truck and lift operating certification and safelymaintainper company and OSHA standards.

- Works in an office and manufacturing environment where the employeeis regularly required tospeak, read, hear, sit, stand, walk and occasionally bend while moving about the facility.
- Noiselevel in the office is quiet and moderate in the plant.
- May berequiredto work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
- The employee isoccasionallyexposed to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts/equipment and non-toxic industrial waste and scrap.
- SLIP-RESISTANT/Steel-toed SHOES, Earplugs, safety glasses, hairnets, beard nets (if facial hair exists)are required tobe worn/usedin accordance withcompany GMP and Safety standards.Condition of these items must be inspected by employee daily and be replaced when no longer providing theoptimalprotection of theTeam Member.
