Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages in New York seeks a first-line supervisor for mechanics and electricians to maintain equipment in the production facility. You will set methods, controls and standards while ensuring safety and compliance with company and legal requirements.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, supervising and developing the team; maintaining equipment to improve line efficiency and KPIs; executing preventative maintenance and managing safety and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing equipment related experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environment and high-speed production equipment.

• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Maintain an accurate parts inventory at all times.
• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Create, plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
