Job summary

Camaco LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Maintenance Manager with plant maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and supervision of the maintenance team. The role includes setting up and operating production tools and equipment prior to production use.

The position requires a Journeyman status and extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with 5+ years of related experience. On-site work at the manufacturing plant is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with Journeyman status in Machine Repair or equivalent.
• Advanced working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Successful completion of all courses and/or tests outlined in the Department Training Phases I, II & III.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to plant operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair problems with plant machinery & equipment.
• Implementation and installation of new and rebuilt equipment.
• Operate machinery, tools, gauges, forklift equipment and booms.
• Electrical 480 V 3 phase, basic wiring of lights, presses and welders.
• Installation of plumbing, water, drain and air systems for presses, welders and building.
• Maintenance of building and grounds during all seasons.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

To assist the Maintenance Manager in all functional and operations activities in plant maintenance, which includes troubleshooting, repairs, nightly preventative maintenance procedures, and supervision of all subordinate maintenance staff. Involves setting up and operating various types of production tools and equipment prior to approving for production use.
