Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff on a 24/7 operation.
• Knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, PLCs, electrical, cooling towers, ammonia systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance employees on assigned shifts to support 24/7 operations.
• Plan, assign and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with plant engineer and facility management to improve safety, quality, and reliability.
• Oversee maintenance and capital projects; maintain equipment records and PMs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, sanitation, and quality policies.
• Manage documentation and GIS/PLC related records; share best practices.
