Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred; minimum five years industrial maintenance experience in dairy/food/beverage; supervisory experience required.
• Experience with boilers, refrigeration, PLCs, electrical systems, cooling towers, ammonia compressors, and packaging equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety and GMP policies; capable of leading a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with plant engineer, maintenance manager, and facility management to improve safety, quality, reliability, and OEE.
• Supervises maintenance and capital projects for the site.
• Maintains production systems, utilities, buildings and grounds.
• Uses CMMS to optimize asset utilization via preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensures utilities are in proper working order to support production.
• Implements corrective actions to improve equipment effectiveness.
