Job summary

The Maintenance Supervisor at MGC Pure Chemicals America, Inc. leads maintenance for process equipment, utilities, and facility systems in a high-purity chemical manufacturing environment.

The role ensures safe, reliable operation through preventive and predictive maintenance programs, CMMS management, and staff development. This position supports a 24/7 operation and coordinates resources to meet production, safety, quality, environmental, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Eng, Industrial Tech).
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in chemical, semiconductor, or related manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, asset management, and CMMS systems.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate maintenance technicians.
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and execute routine and non-routine maintenance work.
• Develop and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, PMs, and maintenance records.
• Provide technical support during upsets and emergency maintenance; conduct root cause investigations.
