Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification
• CPO preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes service requests within 24 hours.
• Directly supervises maintenance staff at all properties and coordinates daily tasks.
• Maintains inventory levels and coordinates with vendors; ensures EPA/OSHA compliance.
