You will promote a safe work environment, conduct safety meetings, and oversee service calls and machine repairs, while supporting mechanics and tackling diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership.
• Alternate pathway: High School Diploma with 6–8+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership.
• Electrical or vocational certifications are preferred.
• Leadership experience or potential is required for supervision duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain a safe work environment, host safety meetings and ensure safety inspections.
• Ensure equipment and plant operate to company standards.
• Oversee service calls and machinery repairs, support mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Handle other projects or duties as assigned.
