Shift Details: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising maintenance staff, including training, evaluating performance, and managing hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions
• Assigning workload and tasks
• Overseeing maintenance processes to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Maintaining, inspecting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facilities safely
• Measuring performance, analyzing results, and taking corrective actions
• Promoting excellent customer service
• Enforcing safety policies and procedures

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized scanners
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends as needed

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Industrial Maintenance, or related field
• Managerial/supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL environments
• Knowledge of ISO or AS9100 standards
• Understanding of combustible dust and electrical safety
• Skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, or vehicle servicing

Physical requirements:

• Lifting objects of various sizes and weights
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
• Reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling
• Tolerance for hot or cold warehouse environments
