Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Newnan, GA service center to maintain equipment and building infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

Day shift is 5:00 AM–5:00 PM on a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Pay starts at $30–$31 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

3+ years’ experience with mechanical and electrical systems, OSHA/Loto knowledge, and PLCs are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and LOTO.
• Electrical knowledge: schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, motors, drives, wiring, and control logic.
• Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
• Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues with operations.
• Performing preventive maintenance and inspections for reliability and safety.
• Supporting building maintenance: minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning.
• Identifying and solving recurring equipment problems with maintenance team.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety standards.
• Adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Service Center, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that powers our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with our operations team.
• Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Supporting all aspects of building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Identifying and solving recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca’s internal safety standards.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO.
• Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
• Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
• Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
• willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Pay and Perks:

• Pay: $30-$31 per hour
