Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations for a 1-299 unit property in Littleton, CO. You will lead a service team, ensure safety, and partner with the Property Manager to uphold standards and budgets.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, proven leadership, and strong customer-service mindset. Proficiency with technology and English is required; generous PTO and vacation benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance management for a community
• Leadership of a team for at least 1 year
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding English

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for performance of the service team, while being a positive role model
• Provide complete support to the Property Manager in upholding standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced
• Provide coaching, mentoring and personal goals to staff
• Schedule daily activities efficiently, monitoring for quality and quantity
• Be familiar with property budgets and long-range planning recommendations
• Maintain shop, equipment, supplies, inventory control, and ensure security
• Inspect routes and models to ensure they look their best
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates

• You have at least 2 years prior experience in effectively managing the maintenance needs of a community
• You’ve successfully lead a team for at least 1 year
• You’ve proven your ability to adapt to new technologies
• You have the ability to adapt to new technologies
• You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language
• You are able to use computers and related applications
• Have a sense of humor – seriously be funny!

The expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $35 and $40. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
