Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Your day will involve juggling multiple responsibilities. You are a cheerful, performance-driven, resident-focused, hardworking, and playful mentor who goes the extra mile. Your passion is for quality, service excellence, and team coaching.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the performance of the service team, serving as a positive role model
• Support the Property Manager in maintaining community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures
• Enforce safety measures
• Coach, mentor, and set personal goals for staff
• Schedule daily activities efficiently, monitoring quality and quantity
• Be familiar with property budgets and long-range planning
• Maintain shop, equipment, supplies, inventory, and security
• Inspect routes and models to ensure they look their best
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience managing maintenance in a community setting
• Successfully led a team for at least 1 year
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing, understanding)
• Computer skills and familiarity with related applications
• A sense of humor is a plus!
