Role Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, your day involves managing a service team, ensuring quality and safety standards, coaching staff, and maintaining property appearance and functionality. You will support the Property Manager in upholding community standards and assist with budget and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the maintenance team, serving as a positive role model
• Support community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures
• Enforce safety measures
• Coach and set goals for staff development
• Plan daily activities for efficiency and quality
• Assist with budget planning and long-term strategies
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and security
• Inspect property, including tours and model units

Qualifications
