1ST SHIFT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Trulite is growing! We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor based at our Youngsville, NC location.

Who You Are:

A bold, hands-on leader who enjoys challenges and innovation. You proactively minimize downtime, lead by example, and spend most of your time on the manufacturing floor.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Schedule and perform repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance, and installation of machinery and equipment to ensure continuous production.
2. Review open job orders to prioritize work.
3. Direct preventive maintenance activities and update programs for successful operations.
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs with maintenance staff.
5. Analyze reports and statistics to plan and adjust maintenance activities.
6. Inspect operating machines for conformance to standards.
7. Develop new methods to improve operations, reduce costs, and optimize labor and materials.
8. Requisition tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance.
9. Train workers and provide work instructions to improve performance and ensure policy compliance.
10. Collaborate with management, production, and quality teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve operations.
11. Work with vendors to source parts, substitute OEM parts economically, and test improved components.
12. Coordinate installation, servicing, and repair of equipment with contractors and vendors.
13. Contribute to capital projects by identifying scope, costs, and milestones.
14. Plan and execute preventive maintenance to enhance equipment reliability.
15. Lead, coach, and direct maintenance staff.
16. Ensure safety compliance and meet OSHA requirements.
17. Have experience with PLCs, CMMS, motors, pneumatics/hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding/fabrication.
