Banner Property Management seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance for our 300-unit Parkside at South Tryon community in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee daily workflows, coach the team, and manage unit turns and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on maintenance supervisory experience in a high-volume setting.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting/repair, and basic carpentry.
• Active, hands-on leader who works alongside the team.
• Highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills.
• HVAC/EPA certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license preferred.
• Physical requirements: frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching; Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficiently
• Manage all phases of apartment turns (make-readies), including cleaning, drywall repair, and appliance work
• Maintain pool care, grounds upkeep, and overall curb appeal
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee contracted services as needed
• Recommend and assist with planning capital improvements and repairs
• Participate in an on-call rotation; overtime and weekend work may be required – on-call bonus included

Salary Range: $36.00 To $38.50 Hourly

Schedule:Full-Time; Monday – Friday; weekend availability required;on- call rotation required

The Maintenance Supervisorwill partner closely with the Property Manager to ensure the community remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. This role blends leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on technical work and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
