$75,000 to $85,000 + Overtime + Shift Differential + Bonus

Qualifications:

1. Associate’s degree with at least six years of maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing setting, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
2. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Availability to work the 3rd shift (Overnight, Monday-Friday) with occasional overtime weekends.
4. Preferred: 5 to 7 years of expertise in the repair and maintenance of industrial equipment like hydraulics, pneumatics, Laser Cutters & Plasma Cutters, CNC Punch Presses, Press Brake, Roll Forming Machines, tube benders, fin presses, Brazing & Welding Equipment, Vacuum Pumps, etc.
5. Competence in project and budget management is beneficial.
6. Familiarity with mechanical and electrical maintenance with a commitment to safety.
