Job summary

The Bridger Group seeks a Maintenance Manager for a large Dallas-Fort Worth manufacturing facility. You will lead an experienced maintenance team of 10-12 people, directing preventive maintenance, equipment reliability projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will manage daily maintenance, oversee ongoing projects, and ensure shift coverage, reducing downtime while fostering clear team communication and strong execution.

Qualifications

• Must have prior maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs and drives preferred.
