Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including repairs, service requests, turns, and groundskeeping.
2. Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to policies and safety practices.
3. Conduct safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on safety procedures.
4. Participate in department or regional meetings and community events, leading safety and team meetings.
5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
6. Maintain departmental budget and ensure projects stay within financial guidelines.
7. Prepare project specifications, solicit bids, and oversee work quality and conformance.
8. Order supplies efficiently, ensuring proper inventory levels.
9. Ensure timely completion of service requests and maintenance projects according to quality standards.
10. Use Yardi Mobile to update and close service requests.
11. Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and others.
12. Ensure all safety policies and OSHA regulations are followed.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
2. Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
3. Knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades.
4. Preferred certifications in HVAC and EPA.
5. Effective communication skills with management, vendors, and residents.
6. Ability to operate small tools and machinery.
7. Basic computer skills, including mobile devices and PCs.
8. Valid license may be required.
9. Availability for on-call, emergency work, and off-hours.
10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
