HTSS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Breinigsville, PA. This direct-hire role offers a $65,000 salary on first shift and the chance to impact production uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong CNC machinery maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of spray booth systems, electrical schematics, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
