Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation Assistance to the Northeast USA, an area known for major sports and outdoor activities, including ski mountains in winter and lakes in summer, with rich American history.

Our growing food manufacturing client seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department in maintaining and supporting plant equipment and facilities in top condition. The ideal candidate will evaluate technical situations, find optimal solutions, prioritize projects, and communicate effectively.

This role involves managing the preventive maintenance program and ensuring the proper functioning of production equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising maintenance technicians
• Scheduling and assigning work orders
• Coaching and developing team members using the performance management system
• Ensuring compliance with GMPs, regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
• Developing and implementing training plans for mechanics

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing and facilities maintenance leadership
• Proficiency with PLCs
• Knowledge of refrigeration, electricity/pneumatics, motor controls, building maintenance, plumbing, and HVAC
• Experience with processing and packaging equipment and electronic control systems
