System One is partnering with our client in Tulsa, OK in search of a Maintenance Supervisor. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a pivotal change agent within the organization, providing leadership and direction to ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance team. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of the Maintenance Department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor the Maintenance team, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for maintenance operations, prioritizing tasks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (AIB, OSHA, EPA, PSM) and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular interactions with Operations teams and visit facilities to ensure alignment and support.
- Provide technical guidance in HVAC, Electrical/Electronics, PLC/Drives, Mechanical Systems, and Ammonia refrigeration.
- Solve complex problems and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement within the department.
- Champion diversity initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Travel to customer locations as needed to support maintenance operations.
Qualifications:- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a maintenance-related field, or 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- First Class License for PSM Infrastructure division or the ability to achieve this license within 6 months of eligibility.
- Proven supervisory experience with a track record of achieving results through effective team leadership.
- Strong technical skills in maintenance and a commitment to human and food safety.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
