What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted via phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
- Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturer guidelines
- Negotiate pricing, assess warranties, and create purchase orders according to operating procedures
- Contact clients to provide recommendations, explain repair procedures, and gain approval
- Suggest appropriate service locations for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in Tulsa, OK or surrounding Oklahoma counties
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
