Fortis Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the total on-site maintenance of The Lory of Tallahassee community. You will supervise maintenance staff and contractors, manage budgets, and ensure timely work orders and preventive maintenance.
The role requires 2–3 years in property maintenance, 1 year supervisory experience, EPA certification, and a strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety protocols. On-site leadership responsibilities apply.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the total on-site maintenance of the assigned Community.

You work alongside a team of leasing agents in the office and maintenance technicians and groundskeepers. All under the direction of your property/community manager. There, your contribution to the team is specifically:

The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all on-site maintenance associates and all outside contractors employed by Fortis Property Management and who work at the community in a maintenance related capacity
