Position Overview :

The Maintenance Director oversees the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, systems, and grounds, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. This role leads a team to provide routine and emergency maintenance, manages facility improvement projects, and ensures a safe, functional environment for patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing training and performance oversight.
• Facility Maintenance : Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety codes and healthcare regulations, including life safety and infection control.
