Job description

TRG Management is a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, including garden, mid-rises, high-rises, and luxury rentals. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Preparing apartment turns for new residents, including painting, flooring, repairs, and housekeeping.
2. Performing hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspection, repair, and general maintenance of apartment homes and surrounding areas.
3. Acting as a team leader among maintenance associates, delegating, supervising, and assisting in departmental tasks.
4. Installing and repairing electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC equipment.
5. Carrying out preventative maintenance and recording findings in maintenance logs.
6. Providing on-call emergency services as required.
7. Maintaining grounds and keeping them free of trash and debris, in collaboration with general maintenance staff.
8. Monitoring mechanical equipment, such as water heaters and HVAC units, for upkeep and proper functioning.
9. Diagnosing malfunctions in transformers, motors, and electrical fixtures.
10. Replacing faulty electrical components and positioning sensing devices.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory experience (preferred).
• An EPA or CFC certification.
