• EPA or CFC certification required.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, flooring, repairs, and cleaning.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of the property.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, delegating tasks and assisting as needed.
• Install and repair electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and record findings.
• Provide on-call emergency services as required.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas free of trash and debris.
• Monitor mechanical equipment, such as water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment, including transformers and motors.
• Replace faulty electrical components and sensing devices.

Ideal Candidate

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA or CFC certification required.
