Job summary

UniFirst in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and uniform service plant. You will plan and assign daily work for technicians and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and laundry equipment.

You will coordinate outside contractors, schedule preventive maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and mentor the maintenance team to minimize downtime and keep
