Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and uniform service plant. You will plan and assign daily work for technicians, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and laundry equipment, and coordinate outside contractors as needed.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading equipment and facility maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to plan and assign daily work for technicians.
