Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and uniform service plant. You will plan daily work for technicians, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and laundry equipment, and coordinate outside contractors as needed.

You will schedule preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and ensure safety and environmental standards are met while mentoring team members and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to implement preventive maintenance programs.
