Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and uniform service plant. You will plan and assign daily work for technicians, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and laundry equipment, and coordinate outside contractors as needed.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to plan and assign daily work to technicians efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience coordinating outside contractors as needed.
