Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities at our State College property, reporting to the Property Manager. You’ll lead the maintenance team, train staff, prioritize work orders and ensure high-quality HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
This full-time, on-site role requires 2+ years in student housing maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA Type I & II, and CPO certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the facilities at your assigned property to ensure that exceptional service is being delivered to all residents through quality maintenance practices. You’ll also serve as a leader in our organization, working alongside the Property Manager, in championing the Coastal culture and ensuring maintenance associates have the tools, resources and direction to be engaged and successful. You will also spend approximately 75% of your time in the field performing maintenance related tasks.This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Property Manager. This role offers a competitive wage, quarterly bonus, renewal commissions, and on-call pay.
You will be working at one of our Student Housing properties in State College, PA.
