Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will work at Boulevard Townhome in Springfield, IL. The role requires HVAC & EPA certification and a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience in HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is essential. A commitment to extraordinary customer service is critical.

Duties

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff, including delegating assignments to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, AC and heating repairs, door, cabinet, and closet work.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC & EPA licensed, available to work overtime and on-call emergency schedule.
• Own hand and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Background screening and drug test required.
• CPO certifications preferred.
