Envolve Community Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the team at New Zion and Clear Horizon in Shreveport, LA. You will direct staff, assign work orders, and ensure timely, quality repairs across multifamily properties.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance supervision, HVAC & EPA licensing, and experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections. Overtime availability, own tools, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC & EPA licensed without exception.
• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections is crucial.
• Must have own hand tools and be able to move heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff and delegate assignments to complete work orders promptly.
• Review and order parts or schedule services to finish resident repairs.
• Perform wall repairs and HVAC/heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Handle on-call emergencies and overtime as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/Tax Credit inspections and safety standards.

Job description

Envolve Community Management LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at New Zion and Clear Horizon Apartment Communities in Shreveport, LA.

We need a strong leader to lead a team to get tasks completed timely and accurately. The Supervisor must be HVAC & EPA Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties with experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections and carpentry.

The supervisor must have experience leading a maintenance team. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Duties

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members. Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs. Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets. This position requires a working supervisor. Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections is crucial.
• Must have at least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC & EPA licensed, no exceptions.
• Available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule if requested.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
