Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Creekside at Bellemeade. You will direct maintenance staff, ensure the community is well maintained, and collaborate with the Property Manager on budgets and vendor relations.

This role requires five years of apartment management and supervisor experience, a Type II A/C Certification (or Universal), a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees maintenance staff and ensures all areas of the community are maintained.
• Monitors and improves team performance through skill development.
• Maintains inventory levels and orders supplies as needed.
• Performs hands-on maintenance to keep units market-ready and preventative work.
• Obtains bids and coordinates with contractors; aware of supply pricing.
• Oversees budget and expenditures with the Property Manager.

• Maintains proper inventory levels and orders supplies as needed
• Works hands-on to ensure market-ready, occupied and preventative maintenance is performed accurately and in a timely manner
• Obtains bids and interacts with contractors and is knowledgeable of competitive pricing of supplies
• Works with Property Manager in managing community budget and expenditures in all areas of maintenance
