Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to organize, direct, and manage maintenance across the community. You will lead maintenance staff, manage inventories, and work with contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective upkeep.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of apartment management and supervisory experience, strong leadership, and an HVAC certification. A valid driving license and budget awareness are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Five years of apartment management and supervisor experience.
• Ability to motivate, train and develop subordinates.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HVAC certification or universal is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees maintenance staff and ensures all areas of the community are maintained.
• Monitors and improves team performance through skill development.
• Maintains proper inventory levels and orders supplies as needed.
• Coordinates bids and negotiates with contractors and is knowledgeable of competitive pricing of supplies.
• Assists Property Manager in managing the community budget and expenditures for maintenance.
