Role Overview:

Otis Elevator is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join and lead our maintenance operations. The main goal is to manage and train field staff, including employee selection, development, and safety. You will lead operational efforts, manage costs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Service Ops in Seattle, your typical day will involve ensuring safety and quality, planning service activities, resource allocation, training, and leading change for efficiency and communication.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience (at least 7 years)
• Experience managing a team of technicians (2-3 years preferred)
• Leadership experience required
• Elevator industry experience desired but not required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills, business acumen, and customer service passion
• Willingness to travel within your territory with a valid driver’s license
