The main goal is to manage and train field staff, including employee selection, development, and safety. You will lead operational efforts, manage costs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Service Ops in Seattle, your typical day will involve ensuring safety and quality, planning service activities, resource allocation, training, and leading change for efficiency and communication.
We offer a long-term employment contract with a market leader, competitive salary ($105,000-$165,000), and benefits including a 401(k) plan, health coverage, paid vacation, sick leave, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and recognition programs. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
