Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for The Lodge at Madrona. Our team values high performance, customer service, and exceeding expectations. This role is crucial to our success, overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure our community's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet our standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Typical Daily Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service as part of a team
  • Managing outside vendors and warranty follow-ups
  • Setting standards for property cleanliness and appearance
  • Performing hot water repairs and maintenance (highly desired)
  • Basic carpentry work
  • Supervising up to 5 employees
  • Assisting with budgeting for repairs and capital expenses
  • Delegating and completing resident work orders promptly
Candidate Requirements
  • Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing
  • Knowledge of hot water heater repair, carpentry, and roofing materials (shingle, BUR, EPDM)
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
  • Skilled in MS Office and property management software (Yardi/One Site)
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
