Brookside Properties, Inc. in Ringgold, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Bedford Place Apartments to lead maintenance operations and ensure resident satisfaction.

You will oversee buildings, grounds, and utilities, coordinate repairs, manage staff, and maintain safety and budgets while delivering reliable, courteous service to residents and vendors. This full-time role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within the Brookside team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience with EPA certification Type II or Universal.
• Strong communication with residents, employees and vendors.
• Ability to work after-hours and on-call shifts.
• Must provide basic tools and dependable transportation.
• Walk the property regularly and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete service requests, repairs, and unit make-readies promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising service/grounds staff.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work as needed.
• Monitor inventory and stay within maintenance budget.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations.

What You’ll Bring
