Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include completing routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work, while maintaining tools and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
• Good communication and team‑player attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and safely
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
