Legacy Partners, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its multifamily community in Redmond, WA. This full-time, on-site position encompasses general maintenance duties, resident support, and team supervision, focusing on providing a safe and clean environment for residents while ensuring optimal operation of facilities.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day and overall maintenance of the apartment community under the direction of the Business Manager. This is an on-site, full-time position that requires working Monday through Friday, with availability for on-call emergencies.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.
Inadditionto the base salary, this role may be eligible toparticipateina bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, orannual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
