The position of Maintenance Supervisor will assist the VP of Maintenance & Facilities in overseeing daily MHE/Facility needs, ensuring tasks are completed timely. They will uphold standard policies within their department.

Essential Job Results

1. Work with the VP to oversee personnel engaged in maintenance of MHE and Facilities, supervise work according to daily plans, and inspect for quality and completeness.
2. Assist in training MHE and Facility technicians as needed.
3. Coordinate with technicians on system issues and notify the VP depending on severity.
4. Assist in coordinating activities with other departments and contractors.
5. Follow up weekly with the VP on Routine and Preventive Maintenance using a CMMS, managing work orders, inventory, and reports.
6. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
7. Determine whether to repair, rebuild, or replace faulty components in collaboration with the VP.
8. Evaluate system performance, identify issues, and manage projects related to MHE and facilities.
9. Handle emergency breakdowns in coordination with the VP for second or third shifts.
10. Perform technical tasks and troubleshooting as needed.
11. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
12. Attend staff and management meetings.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience is a plus.

Salary: $75,000 - $96,000 (Must be open to all shifts)
