About the role:

The Maintenance Supervisor manages activities and resources in our Distribution Center to meet department and company goals. Responsibilities include responding to equipment issues, procuring supplies, scheduling work with internal teams and vendors, and coordinating with engineers on research, development, and process improvements. This is an individual contributor role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing staffing plans and managing resource requirements.
  • Training and developing direct reports, conducting performance reviews.
  • Overseeing daily operations and guiding staff to achieve goals.
  • Interacting with customers and explaining procedures.
  • Interpreting and implementing policies affecting the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations like FDA, BSI, EEO.
  • Creating work schedules based on priorities and resources.
  • Maintaining personnel records and updating databases.
  • Assisting with budget forecasting and tracking.
  • Performing individual contributor tasks as needed.

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years leading maintenance in manufacturing.
  • Expertise in Preventative Maintenance, including creating and tracking PM work.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading blueprints.
  • Organized, results-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation, high urgency, flexibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Experience with BMS and building management systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HVAC and Fire systems.
  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or GMP environment.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $123,500

The actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, and organizational needs. Our compensation structure typically does not award salaries at the extremes of this range.

Benefits may include variable compensation such as overtime, shift differentials, annual bonuses, and long-term incentives, depending on role and eligibility.
