Purpose:
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates the maintenance and repair of buildings, showrooms, distribution center, equipment, and systems to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, janitorial staff, managing vendors, contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This position will require travel to the showrooms to complete work orders and check in on the progress of repairs. Our store locations are in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus.
