Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor directs and manages all maintenance staff, implements maintenance programs, maintains records, and ensures machinery safety and functionality. Responsible for major equipment overhauls and working with regulatory agencies.

Job Details

Schedule: 5pm - 2am, Monday to Friday, with OT and weekends as needed.
Location: Wilsonville plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan equipment rebuilds, manage budgets, and control expenses.
• Hire, train, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and manage supplies and spare parts.
• Coordinate with management and other departments.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in food/beverage.
• 4+ years supervising manufacturing staff.
• Knowledge of ISO, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, Coca-Cola KORE, and plant systems.
