Job summary

Air Products seeks a Site Support Services Specialist who reports to the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and plays a key role in supporting the operation and maintenance of Air Products' Global Headquarters campus.

This role provides administrative, inventory, maintenance coordination, and facilities support for office, laboratory, and research environments while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities support, maintenance coordination, inventory management, or related environment.
  • Experience utilizing SAP or similar enterprise systems for purchasing, inventory, and work management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing inventory, materials, or maintenance-related processes.
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance operations and inventory across office, lab, and facilities.
  • Provide admin, procurement, and facilities support to ensure safe, efficient campus operations.
  • Support shipping/receiving and on-site projects as needed.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to facility-related issues.

Air Products seeks a Site Support Services Specialist who reports directly to the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and plays a key role in supporting the operation and maintenance of Air Products' Global Headquarters campus. This position provides administrative, inventory, maintenance coordination, and facilities support for office, laboratory, and research environments while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.

Air Products' Global Headquarters encompasses administrative offices, research and development laboratories, and specialized support facilities. The Facility Services team is responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, central chilled water plants, hot water boilers, electrical distribution systems, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, solar arrays, water systems, and general building maintenance. The team also supports projects involving office, laboratory, and site modifications to meet evolving business needs.

  • Experience supporting maintenance operations, shipping and receiving, or facilities management activities.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to facility‑related issues as needed.
  • Experience with workplace management software such as Eptura or similar systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting office, laboratory, or industrial facility environments preferred.
Minimum Hiring Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Schedule – Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Willingness to participate in site emergency response activities and department on‑call responsibilities.
