Position : Maintenance Supervisor Work Schedule : Daylight & On Call am-pm On call but rare that you are needed Reports To : Plant Manager Department : Direct Maintenance Brief Description : Job Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for maintaining and improving workplace safety and engagement in TCOS
• Maximize facility availability and appropriate control of maintenance costs
• Hire, train and develop maintenance team
• Work with Maintenance Planner to Plan, coordinate, and organize all maintenance work (repair turns, outages, and upgrades) in the safest and most efficient manner
• Project engineering and planning with Plant Manager, Engineers, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, Contractors and Vendors
• Apply mechanical, electrical, and software skills to solve problems
• Maintain equipment drawings and documentation
• Maintenance related purchasing; obtain best price, quality, and delivery
• Evaluate, maintain, and purchase necessary spare parts and operating supplies
• Develop, schedule, and maintain preventive maintenance program

Required

Ability to safely lead and supervise a team

Project and preventive management experience

Effective troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of electrical distribution, automation control systems, combustion furnace equipment and hydraulics
