We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor / Technician to oversee maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and leadership skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our maintenance team.

• Responsibilities:
• Must possess a very strong electrical and mechanical background in an industrial setting.
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance requests and work orders.
• Utilize logic controllers and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain high voltage systems and equipment.
• Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Oversee HVAC systems and ensure they are properly maintained.
• Experience with welding, plumbing, and burning is a plus.
• Experience working on overhead cranes.
• Ability to read and work from schematics, diagrams, and sketches.

Qualifications:
